Doors & Windows
Install retro fit, nail-on, or custom size doors and windows. I build transfers after installation, and assist you with ideas on transformations. Install standard window molding, and custom door casings. I’ll remodel an existing window and add French doors, or if you like I can install a sliding door, the choice is yours.


Drywall
Install, patch, repair drywall in garages, interior of house, basements, and attics. I’ll size the square footage, hang the sheetrock, tape & mud, sand down jointed areas, and spray texture with new or similar match existing texture.


Electrical
Add new electrical through a wall, attic, and under concrete. Install ceiling fans, lights, switches, and plugs for a room with no access. Change out old plugs & switches and up grade to code compliance fixtures. Replace an exhaust fan, or change florescent ballast. Replace a broken doorbell, 3-way switches, install wall mount flat screen televisions and surround sound home theaters.


Exterior
Replace damaged fascia board and trim. Repair/patch concrete, Repair/patch stucco. Install a mailbox; dig minor trenching for phone or cable wiring, remove tree planted to close to foundation or house. Pressures wash your house, driveway, or patio. Build back patio cover, or deck with a custom Trellis, and install wooden fences and gates.


Garage
Install shelving, storage decking, and garage openers. Apply stain or epoxy paint with topcoat sealer to concrete flooring, insulate bare pipes, and cover exposed electrical wiring with conduit.


Interior
Install base boards, floor and wall tile, wood flooring, attic ladders, wanes coating, and crown molding. Repair damaged flooring or wall surfaces. Paint one room or paint the entire house. General caulking and touch up paint. Assemble furniture, remove or add a wall, and change the direction of a door closure. Install curtain rods, and closet shelving.


Kitchen
Install a new kitchen layout, or remodel an existing kitchen using the same layout. Install cabinets; counter tops, back splashes, flooring of any style, fixtures, and appliances.


Plumbing
Install a toilet, or replace wax ring and toilet tank hardware. Install water heaters, straps, and water softeners. Replace shower cartridges and valve seats. Replace a leaky faucet and replace a sink. Install hose bibs and insulate pipes. Install hoses, valves, disposals, p-traps, and recess gas pipes.
